Natalie Baca is an artist and designer, who loves to incorporate “found” objects into her pieces. After leading an exciting path in the fashion world in New York City and traveling the world with the marketing of new products, Natalie finally decided there was a need for a career change. She picked up some broken tiles and paint and began a new career in the art world. With no formal training in art, she taught herself through experimenting and trial and error. Her love for texture, color, and patterns can be seen throughout her work.
Natalie was named the winner of the Jessica Simpson Girls t-shirt design contest in April 2013. Her mixed media painting, "Six of Hearts", was the chosen winner by Jessica Simpson, Ashlee Simpson and Jessica Seinfeld of Baby Buggy. The design was applied to t-shirts that were available at Macy's and Dillard's. All of the proceeds were donated to Seinfeld's charity Baby Buggy. Since then, Natalie's designs and paintings have been found at places such as, Urban Outfitters, Target, West Elm and Nordstorms.
